Please note that whilst I aim to represent my products as best as I can, computer screen colours and resolutions can look different from person to person. Most of my items are handmade, and it’s possible that there will be slight variations due to the nature of small scale production. These imperfection are not meant to be faults but rather quirks that bear the maker’s touch. If you’re unhappy with your purchase please get in touch and I’ll try and do my best to rectify it.
SALE
All sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns or cancel an order after it’s been shipped. If an item arrives damaged please get in touch so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
SHIPPING
- Domestic, UK shipping will be with Royal Mail within 3-5 business days.
- A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be provided once your order is on the way.
- Shipping and delivery times are estimated at checkout and depend on your location. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and shipping may exceed estimates due to factors outside of my control.
- Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for items marked as delivered that are lost or stolen. Please follow the carrier’s support page.
- Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for undelivered items due to no secure drop-off locations, full receptacles, oversized item, or similar environments that do not allow the carrier to fulfill the delivery. Undelivered and returned items will not be replaced.
- In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me directly as soon as possible. A photograph of the damage within its wrapping will need to be sent to arrange a refund or replacement. A refund or replacement will not be considered without this photograph. Keep all wrapping, packaging materials, invoices and the damaged item, as they may be required to process the claim.
- Please note that I’m not responsible for any customs tax that you may need to pay upon receiving the package!
COLLECTION
My studio is based in Dundee, and I offer a local pickup option instead of shipping for free. Select this option at checkout if you would like to pick up your order at Studio 208, WASPS Meadow Mill, West Henderson's Wynd, DD1 5BY.
Pickup instructions will be shared once your order has been confirmed, please do not leave before receiving an email.
PACKAGING
I aim to send the items in recycled and/or recyclable packaging to reduce waste. Please bear in mind that unless you ask for gift packagaing the box might be reused. I also reuse plastic bubble wrap that I currently have or natural whool I receive with my catfood order.
